Registrar Lock in Hosting
Locking and unlocking a domain registered through our company is amazingly easy. This can be achieved through the Hepsia Control Panel, which is included with our Linux hosting packages, and will require literally two clicks. All your domain names will be displayed in alphabetical order in the Domain Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel and next to those whose extensions support the registrar lock option, you’ll see a padlock-like sign. Click on it once and you’ll notice the present status of the domain. Click again and you will alter its status. The change will take effect instantaneously without the need for you or for us to do anything else for the status to be updated on WHOIS lookup sites, so you can proceed with the transfer process straight away.
Registrar Lock in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Administering your domain names with us is really easy and the registrar lock option is not an exception. In case you have a semi-dedicated server account, you will be able to manage the domains registered through us using the same Control Panel via which you’ll manage your web hosting account. For your convenience’s sake, the domain names will be listed in alphabetical order and on the right-hand side you will see a padlock-like icon in case the particular domain name supports the registrar lock option. If you click the icon, you’ll see if the particular domain is locked or not and you will be able to update this status by clicking again. The status will change instantly and you will be able to start the transfer without the need to wait for the update to appear on WHOIS lookup sites or for us to do anything on our end.
