Your server will be added to a custom server monitoring system and in the event that there is a sign of a trouble, our sysadmins will be notified immediately.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux VPS Hosting Package isn’t the simplest procedure in this world. You will either have to use another server or your desktop PC, or resort to a 3rd–party software. We offer a far easier alternative with our Admin Services offer. We will make a full backup of your Virtual Private Server once a week, so you never need to fear losing vital information. Last but not least we can restore a backup very quickly. All the backups are placed on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux VPS Hosting Package, you will have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. However, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup from you. This is when our Admin Services solution will help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting duties – in other words you will be able to literally employ one of our expert server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation of any application whatsoever that you want. Alternatively have him solve a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Hosting Packages and it is an optional feature with our KVM Linux VPS Hosting Packages.
